Further, K.Renee Studios does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Policies

SHOOTING TIME

 The CLIENT and K.Renee Studios agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If the CLIENT does not arrive at the appointed time for the EVENT(S), shooting will commence at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the CLIENT.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT

The Client will pay K.Renee Studios the total retainer specified and any pre-session purchase of photographic products, plus excess mileage and/or lodging. Half of the Non-Refundable Retainer is due at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due prior to the photo session.

NO SHOWS/COOPERATION

K.Renee Studios is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photo sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Photographer. Photographer’s camera is the only camera allowed at the photo session because of the distraction it causes, and hinders Photographer’s ability to obtain quality shots. The session can be rescheduled at the original session retainer, including an additional 25% retainer. Reframe from bringing an entourage to any session. Only persons allowed should be the Client, MUA, Hairstylist, and or Wardrobe Stylist. 

CANCELLATIONS

A booking is considered firm as from the date of confirmation and accordingly the Photographer will, at her discretion, charge a fee for cancellation or postponement.

REFUNDS

There will be NO REFUND of missed photoshoots or late arrival.

COPYRIGHT

The entire copyright in the Photographs is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world.

MODEL RELEASE

 The CLIENT hereby assigns the K.Renee Studios the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

 In the unlikely event that the assigned photographer from the K.Renee Studios is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of K.Renee Studios, K.Renee Studios will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S).

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

The photographer will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated to him/her in confidence for the purposes of the photography, save as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Photographer to carry out his/her obligations in relation to the commission.

Step 2: Refer a friend or family member. No need to wait until after your photo session; you can recommend us anytime!

Step 3: Tell your referral to mention your name when booking with us.

Step 4: When both you and your referral have attended your photo session, we will arrange to send you the reward of your choice. 

Which Reward Will You Choose?

• For every new client that you refer to K.Renee Studios who then books and completes a regular session (not a mini session), you will receive your choice of a $25 gift card OR a $25 credit towards a future session…and the friend that you refer will receive $25 credit towards their session. That’s it! Win-win for both of you.

OR

• Every time you refer us to a new friend and they book a portrait session, you will get a $30 print credit. You may apply the $$ towards purchasing any of our products or packages AND if you have more than one, you can combine them. No limits!!
